Boarding Checklist
Reach Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal at 50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road. From Tanah Merah MRT (EW4), take bus 35 directly to the terminal.
Present your passport and booking confirmation at the BatamFast counter. Collect your boarding pass and check in luggage.
Clear Singapore departure immigration. Automated gates are available for Singapore citizens and PRs.
Move to the boarding gate as indicated on your pass. Counter closes 30 minutes before departure — no late boarding is permitted.
Board the ferry and take your assigned seat. Stow cabin baggage securely under the seat.
The ferry departs for Batam Centre. The crossing is approximately 60 minutes. Restrooms and a small snack bar are available onboard.

Batam Centre Ferry Terminal
ArrivalBatam Centre Ferry Terminal is the island's main international gateway, located at Jl. Engku Putri in the Batam Centre business district. Taxis, Grab rides, and hotel shuttles are available right outside the arrivals hall. Mega Mall Batam Centre is within walking distance (5 minutes), and Nagoya Hill shopping area is a 20-minute drive away.
