Head to HarbourFront Ferry Terminal at 5 HarbourFront Avenue. Take MRT to HarbourFront station (NE1/CC29), Exit B. Allow extra time during weekends and public holidays.
Present your passport and booking confirmation at the BatamFast check-in counter on Level 2. Collect your boarding pass and check in any luggage.
Clear Singapore departure immigration. Singapore citizens and PRs can use the automated gates for faster processing.

Batam Centre Ferry Terminal
ArrivalBatam Centre Ferry Terminal is located at Jl. Engku Putri, Batam Centre, and is the main international ferry terminal on Batam Island. Upon arrival, taxis and Grab cars are readily available outside the terminal building. The Mega Mall Batam Centre shopping complex is a 5-minute walk away, and Nagoya Hill is approximately a 20-minute drive. Immigration and customs clearance is processed inside the terminal.
