Training Guide: B2B - How to reset password

 

Option 1:


Forgot Password: Click Forgot your password?” and follow the reset instructions.

 

Option2: 

 

Step 1: Access the Portal

Navigate to the HolidaySG website.

Click on B2B LOGIN in the top right corner.

 

Step 2: Access the Profile Settings

Log in to the B2B Partner Portal.

On the left sidebar, click the gear icon ⚙️ to open Settings.

Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

 

Step 3: Navigate to “Change Password”

In the My Profile page, locate the User Profile section.

Click the Change Password button.

 

Step 4: Enter Your New Password

Type in your current password.

Enter your new password twice to confirm.

Ensure your new password is strong:

At least 8 characters

Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols

 

Step 5: Save and Log In Again

Click Save Changes.

Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
