Option 1:
Forgot Password: Click “Forgot your password?” and follow the reset instructions.
Option2:
Step 1: Access the Portal
Navigate to the HolidaySG website.
Click on “B2B LOGIN” in the top right corner.
Step 2: Access the Profile Settings
Log in to the B2B Partner Portal.
On the left sidebar, click the gear icon ⚙️ to open Settings.
Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Navigate to “Change Password”
In the My Profile page, locate the User Profile section.
Click the Change Password button.
Step 4: Enter Your New Password
Type in your current password.
Enter your new password twice to confirm.
Ensure your new password is strong:
At least 8 characters
Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
Step 5: Save and Log In Again
Click Save Changes.
Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Avoid reusing old passwords.
Update passwords regularly to maintain account security.
