- Training Guide: Logging into HolidaySG B2B Portal
1. Access the Portal
Navigate to the HolidaySG website.
Click on “B2B LOGIN” in the top right corner.
You will be redirected to the B2B Partner Login page.

2. Apply for a B2B Account
If you are not registered yet, click on “Apply for B2B account”.
Complete the partnership application form.
Wait for approval from HolidaySG support before attempting login.
3. Login Options
You can log in using either of the following methods:
| Option | Method | Steps |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Email & Password | Enter your registered email and password → Check “Remember me” if desired → Click Sign in |
| 2 | Google Sign‑In | Click Sign in with Google → Select your Google account → Authorize access |
4. Troubleshooting
Forgot Password: Click “Forgot your password?” and follow the reset instructions.
Login Issues: If you are unable to log in:

5. Best Practices
Always use your official business email for registration and login.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Use the Google sign‑in option if you prefer single sign‑on convenience.

6. Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA)
Once your password is accepted, you will be prompted to enter a 6‑digit verification code.
This code is sent to your registered email (e.g., help@holidaysg.com).
Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
Click Resend email code if necessary.
Login → Password → 2FA → Access Granted.
