Late November is the sweet spot in the Gulf: Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao are usually dry and sunny. If you're on the Andaman side (Phuket, Krabi), expect some late-season showers. Book the ferry and bungalows a week ahead as Samui gets busy.
