Coca tea and the airport oxygen help a bit, but the real fix is sequencing: spend your first night lower in the Sacred Valley (Ollantaytambo sits around 2,800m versus Cusco's 3,400m) before heading up. Hydrate hard, skip alcohol, eat light, and ask your doctor about acetazolamide if you've had altitude issues before. Most people feel normal by day three.
