A few things that help in South Korea: sort eSIM or airport SIM/pocket WiFi before you arrive, remember four seasons — cold dry winters, hot humid summers so you pack right, and know that Seoul's metro is excellent — get a T-money card; KTX high-speed trains link cities. Small prep, big difference.
