Batur Natural Hot Spring Toya Bungkah is the name of the Kintamani hot spring and is also known as Batur Natural Hot Spring Kintamani. The meaning of the name Toya Bungkah comes from two syllables, Toya means water and Bungkah means a rock. Because the hot spring comes from an aquifer at a depth of 635 meters from the ground surface which has a water temperature of around 50 degrees Celsius. The water temperature of 50° Celsius is the temperature of the water in the hot springs. But when hot water is flowed into the bathing pool, there will be a drop in water temperature and it becomes around 37° – 40° Celsius. The temperature drop of the hot water from the source is very high, approximately 10° Celsius. Because the bathing area is in a mountainous area with cool temperatures. Hot water that comes from the mountains directly from hot springs without any treatment, so it's very natural. Hot water also contains minerals which are very good for the health of the body. Such as accelerating the loss of bruises, recovery of rheumatism, for relaxation and skin rejuvenation. In the Batur Natural Hot Spring Kintamani bathing area, there are 4 types of pools: 1. Hot water pool for children. 2. Pool Natural Therapy Hot Spring Water, for hot water therapy.
