Booking for airport transfer includes only pickup and drop-off points. Stops are allowed only for restroom breaks and prayers.
Additional stops other than the specified ones will incur an additional fee of Rp.50,000 at one stopping location. (Payment directly to the driver.)
Any changes in pickup/drop-off locations not aligned with the booking will incur an additional fee. Passengers can confirm the additional fee amount with the GSP operator at +6281390238927.
Pickup after 18:00 due to flight delays will incur a fee of Rp.25,000 (night charge). Payment is made directly to the driver.
During the journey, a cleaning fee of Rp.150,000 will be charged if passengers vomit or smoke.
Rescheduling allowed 1 days before the pick-up date and subject to the availability of the supplier's units.
In case the customer can't be contacted by admin and still hasn't show after waiting time, ticket will be noted as no show. No reschedule and cancelation allowed.
