- Any cancellation made within 14 days prior to guest arrival will be forfeiting 50% refund as cancellation penalty and process refund will take 30days.
- Any cancellation made within 7days prior to guest arrival will be forfeiting 80% refund as cancellation penalty and process refund will take 30days.
- Any cancellation made within 3days prior to guest arrival or in case no show, a full charge will be applied ( NON REFUNDABLE ).
