Kagungan Dalem Kedhaton, Kompleks, bagian utama Kraton Yogyakarta yang menjadi pusat bagi keseluruhan kompleks Keraton Yogyakarta dimasuki melalui Kagungan Dalem Regol Danapratapa di utara dan Kagungan Dalem Regol Kemagangan di selatan.
Halaman Kagungan Dalem Kedhaton sangat luas ditutup dengan hamparan pasir laut dan dinaungi oleh kakaran pohon sawo kecik (Manilkara kauki) yang dalam tradisi Jawa dipahami sebagai ungkapan estetika karena namanya berkeserupaan bunyi dengan sarwa becik atau serba indah. Berbeda dengan bagian-bagian Keraton lainnya yang tersusun membujur utara-selatan, Kagungan Dalem Kedhaton berorientasi timur-barat.
Di pusatnya terdapat Kagungan Dalem Bangsal Kencana yang merupakan balai pertemuan. yang paling dimuliakan yang dipergunakan untuk persidangan, menerima tamu agung serta pementasan tari dan wayang orang. Di sekeliling bangsal ini terdapat bangunan-bangunan untuk menunjang fungsi tersebut.
