The ideal time is 2-3 hours before sunset, typically between 4:30-5:30 PM, to catch the full golden hour transformation. Weekdays offer a quieter experience, while weekends can be busy with local photographers and couples seeking romantic sunset views. The dry season from May to September provides the clearest skies and most reliable sunset conditions.
