Pets are not allowed in the museum (except for service animals).
No tricycles for children allowed in the museum.
· No paging service available in the museum.
No alcohol allowed on premises; intoxicated individuals prohibited from entry.
· Flammable items, firearms, knives, and other dangerous objects are prohibited inside the venue.
· Activities and displays may change temporarily due to animal conditions or weather without prior notice.
· Please avoid any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other visitors.

Do not use luggage to occupy seats.
· Front-row seats may get splashed with water, so please be careful with cameras and other equipment.
· Watch your step as the ground may be slippery.
· Do not throw objects into the pool.
