Damage: In the case of irreparable damage, such as cigarette burns or holes beside the sewed parts, a compensation fee of 5,000 yen will be required. Removing smells from perfume or other sources will also incur a cost of 5,000 yen. Please be aware that if the damaged item is a silk Kimono (SIZUKA set), the compensation fee will be 10,000 yen.
Lost Accessories: Should you damage or misplace any accessories, charges will apply accordingly. For example, the compensation fees are 500 yen for a shawl, 500 yen for a band of Haori, 200 yen for other accessories, and 1,000 yen for Zori (excluding tax).
Attention: Cigarette burns are considered irreparable damage and require compensation.
