What to expect

Bookings must be made by 11:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
A member of staff will contact you by 9:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
Please provide your full name/valid ID (e.g., Mainland Chinese ID Card, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, and passport)/QR code, barcode, voucher, or e-ticket at the designated meeting point on the day of your trip.

Reminders:

During the trip on red days and weekends, you may encounter traffic jams and the itinerary will be changed appropriately.
Please do not eat or drink in the car. If you cause stains in the car, you will need to pay for it.
In case of special weather conditions, we will decide whether to cancel the trip 1 day before departure
If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance for reservations (charges apply).
The day tour itinerary does not include personal travel and accident Insurance. Please purchase these if required.
Traffic is heavy during holidays, refunds are not available for delays due to congestion - please consider carefully before booking.
The actual vehicle for the day may be adjusted based on the number of participants, with a driver-guide provided for smaller groups.
For regular tours, infants under 3 years old require a signed liability waiver to join and travel free of charge without a seat (must be held by parents).
On weekends/holidays, the departure time is earlier, so the arrival time will also be earlier accordingly. The specific time depends on traffic conditions.
From December 7 to December 18, the Lake Kawaguchi Cable Car will be under maintenance and not in operation, which will be replaced by a Lake Kawaguchi cruise.
