Get your entrance tickets early and don’t waste any time in long lines. Head right to the top of Malaysia’s famous skyscraper and watch the city unfold before your eyes.
Choose from the indoor Observation Deck, the outdoor Sky Deck or, if you dare, the completely glass Sky Box which extends on a ledge from the Sky Deck!

- This ticket only applicable for the Non Malaysian. Identification is required.
- Valid for single redemption and entry (all tickets must be redeemed at one time; no partial redemption allowed).
- Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue.
- Once a ticket has been scanned, guests must proceed to the ticket counter to obtain a slip/form to reschedule within 7 days (no monetary refund in the event of rain).
- Free Admission: Children aged 3 years old and below.
- Child Ticket: Ages 4–11 years old.
- Adult Ticket: Ages 12 years old and above.
- In cases of inclement weather, the Sky Deck and Sky Box (open-air areas) will be closed for safety.
- Guests who have redeemed their voucher and are affected by bad weather may inform staff and revisit the following day free of charge.
- No personal bags (including laptop bags) or backpacks are allowed at the Sky Deck area.
- Permitted items must not exceed 16" x 16" x 8".
- Unauthorized drone flying is strictly prohibited within KL Tower premises.
- For group visits exceeding 100 persons on the same day, prior written notice of at least 2 working days must be given to LSHSM. Management reserves the right to refuse entry without prior notice.
