After the stated date, the ticket will be considered NULL and VOID and cannot be used for redemption. Re-entry is not allowed once you have exited the park/building. We encourage visitors to plan your visit accordingly and ensure that you have enjoyed all exhibits, activities, and experiences before leaving for the day. Adult is defined as 13 to 59 years old; Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old and Senior citizen is defined as 60 years old and above. Admission is free of charge for children age of 3 and below and does not require a ticket. Each ticket holder must present their valid identification card/passport or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject entries if visitors are not able to present their valid identification card/passport or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile; or attempt to enter the park using wrong or fraud tickets. Visitors will be requested to purchase the correct tickets should they wish to enter the park and no refund will be allowed. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by adults at all times. Imagine nature’s largest classroom and discovery hub, where butterflies and insects are free to come out and play. Within Entopia lies two worlds; The Natureland living outdoor gardens and The Cocoon indoor discovery centre. Over 150 species of fauna and more than 200 species of flora are being showcased throughout Entopia’s entire exhibition.
Entopia is a nature discovery and exploration center located in Teluk Bahang, Penang, Malaysia. The center is dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of the natural world, particularly the insects and other invertebrates that play important roles in maintaining ecological balance.
Entopia is housed in a large greenhouse-like structure that spans more than 100,000 square feet. Within the center, visitors can explore a variety of exhibits and displays, including live insect displays, interactive educational exhibits, and immersive habitats that simulate different ecosystems and natural environments.
One of the center's main attractions is its butterfly sanctuary, which is home to over 15,000 free-flying butterflies from more than 200 species. Visitors can stroll through the sanctuary and observe the butterflies as they flit among the flowers and foliage, or even participate in guided tours and hands-on activities.
In addition to its butterfly sanctuary, Entopia also features a variety of other exhibits and attractions, including a bug exploration zone, a learning lab, a Thai water garden, and more.
