Terms and Conditions Reservations for the Promotion Product may be submitted any time during the whole period from October 14, 2025 – September 29, 2026 (“Reservation Period”) at least one (1) calendar day before the Promotional Product’s validity date (“Validity Date”). As an illustration, if the Validity Date is September 30, 2026, the last day for submission of Promotional Product reservations (“Last Reservation Date”) will be September 29, 2026. The Promotional Product is only valid for redemption on the Validity Date specified on the e-Voucher. Travel Provider should submit reservations for the Promotional Product on the Reservation Web Site during the Reservation Period in accordance with Section 5(e) of the Agreement. The reservation terms and conditions set out herein shall govern. Reservations for the Promotional Product are subject to the Promotional Product’s availability and such block-out dates as may be notified by HKITP at any time and from time to time. Travel Provider shall be responsible to observe the block-out dates and the availability of the Promotional Product via the Reservation Web Site prior to confirming the Promotional Product with its guests. The Validity Date must be provided at the time of reservation. No change to Validity Date is permitted. For Online Reservations in respect of the Promotional Product, Travel Provider shall provide the guest with the e-Ticket in respect of such Online Reservation. Travel Provider shall, and shall cause its Intermediary Sellers to, communicate the following redemption procedures for the e-Tickets to their respective guests, which procedures such guests must follow in order to redeem the e-Tickets: i. Guest must present the e-Ticket storing his/her Pass at the designated queue of each selected attraction. ii. The e-Ticket is only redeemable once on the Validity Date specified on the e-Ticket, and e-Ticket not so redeemed shall be invalid. iii. The e-Ticket cannot be refunded, exchanged, redeemed for cash or used as a cash equivalent. Any Online Voucher which has been damaged or altered will be invalid. The quantity and type of Promotional Product recorded on the reservation history made available to Travel Provider on the Reservation Web Site shall be conclusively deemed correct and HKITP reserves the right to pay HKITP for the Merchandise Item out in such reservation history. HKITP may elect, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept any request by Travel Provider to cancel any Promotional Product purchased by Travel Provider on the Reservation Web Site. Cancellation requests will not be accepted if Promotional Product already redeemed. Cancellation requests must be made by Travel Provider via the Reservation Web Site. Notwithstanding the above, Travel Provider acknowledges and agrees that HKITP has no obligation to accept request for cancellation of any Promotional Product that Travel Provider has purchased. Access to an attraction is subject to the safety rules and other conditions applicable to the attraction. Early Park Entry Pass (“Pass”) may only be used by the Pass holder in person for one-time entry to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) via the designated entrance up to the one-hour prior to the Park’s official opening time (“Early Entry Period”) for the validity date of Pass as may be published from time to time on the Hong Kong Disneyland website (“Website”). Pass is available for purchase during such period on the Website from time to time, subject to availability and quota. When completing the online purchase, guest is required to (a) select his/her preferred admission date, and (b) provide his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) may require. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. A maximum of four Passes may be purchased in each transaction on the Website. Guest may not cancel or amend the validity date and other details of Pass after the purchase. Pass is only valid for use during the Early Entry Period on the date printed on the Pass media and will expire upon the Park’s official opening time. All Passes purchased in the same transaction must be used together for Park admission. Guests using Passes must enter the Park together by presenting the Pass media and their valid admission tickets. The Pass may only be used via the designated queue at the Park Main Entrance. • Reservations for the Promotion Product may be submitted any time during the whole period from October 14, 2025 – September 29, 2026 (“Reservation Period”) at least one (1) calendar day before the Promotional Product’s validity date (“Validity Date”). • Reservations for the Promotional Product are subject to the Promotional Product’s availability and such block-out dates as may be notified by HKITP at any time and from time to time. Travel Provider shall be responsible to observe the block-out dates and the availability of the Promotional Product via the Reservation Web Site prior to confirming the Promotional Product with its guests.
• The Validity Date must be provided at the time of reservation. No change to Validity Date is permitted.
• For Online Reservations in respect of the Promotional Product, Travel Provider shall provide the guest with the e-Ticket in respect of such Online Reservation. Travel Provider shall, and shall cause its Intermediary Sellers to, communicate the following redemption procedures for the e-Tickets to their respective guests, which procedures such guests must follow in order to redeem the e-Tickets:
  i. Guest must present the e-Ticket storing his/her Pass at the designated queue of each selected attraction.
  ii. The e-Ticket is only redeemable once on the Validity Date specified on the e-Ticket, and e-Ticket not so redeemed shall be invalid.
  iii. The e-Ticket cannot be refunded, exchanged, redeemed for cash or used as a cash equivalent. Any Online Voucher which has been damaged or altered will be invalid.
• The quantity and type of Promotional Product recorded on the reservation history made available to Travel Provider on the Reservation Web Site shall be conclusively deemed correct and HKITP reserves the right to pay HKITP for the Merchandise Item out in such reservation history.
• HKITP may elect, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept any request by Travel Provider to cancel any Promotional Product purchased by Travel Provider on the Reservation Web Site. Cancellation requests will not be accepted if Promotional Product already redeemed. Cancellation requests must be made by Travel Provider via the Reservation Web Site. Notwithstanding the above, Travel Provider acknowledges and agrees that HKITP has no obligation to accept request for cancellation of any Promotional Product that Travel Provider has purchased. Reservations shall only be deemed cancelled if any when confirmed by HKITP in HKITP’s sole and absolute discretion with a cancellation number provided by HKITP.

• “Disney Premier Access (“Pass”) may be used for priority admission to and/or admission to the viewing area of designated attractions and/or designated shows (“Show”) (if applicable) in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”), subject to these terms and conditions. The attractions and the shows for which the Pass may be used are available on the Pass offer page on the website (the “Website”) and the App designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”).

The attractions and the shows for which the Pass may be used are available on the Pass offer page on the website (the “Website”) and the App designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”).
• Pass is only available from designated sales channel(s) selected by HKITP, with Purchasing Period from October 14, 2025 until September 29, 2026 and Travel Period from October 15, 2025 until September 30, 2026.
• Guests may not cancel or amend the type, validity date and other details of the Pass stated in the confirmation email.

• HKITP reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept the Pass or allow priority entrance to any attraction without refund or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the Pass and/or its benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these Terms and Conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.

Early Park Entry Pass:

• The Pass is valid for one-time entry to Hong Kong Disneyland Park (the "Park") up to one hour before the official opening time on the specified date.
• Passes are available for purchase on the Hong Kong Disneyland website, subject to availability. When purchasing, you must select your admission date and provide necessary personal details.
• A maximum of four passes can be purchased per transaction.
• The Pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. It cannot be resold.
• To use the Pass, you must present it along with valid admission tickets. You’ll need to follow the designated queue at the Main Entrance.
• The Pass expires at the official opening time of the Park on the specified date. It cannot be used for re-entry after the official opening time.

• Reservations for the Promotional Product are subject to the Promotional Product’s availability and such block-out dates as may be notified by HKITP at any time and from time to time. Travel Provider shall be responsible to observe the block-out dates and the availability of the Promotional Product via the Reservation Web Site prior to confirming the Promotional Product with its guests.
• The Validity Date must be provided at the time of reservation. No change to Validity Date is permitted.
• For Online Reservations in respect of the Promotional Product, Travel Provider shall provide the guest with the e-Ticket in respect of such Online Reservation. Travel Provider shall, and shall cause its Intermediary Sellers to, communicate the following redemption procedures for the e-Tickets to their respective guests, which procedures such guests must follow in order to redeem the e-Tickets:
  i. Guest must present the e-Ticket storing his/her Pass at the designated queue of each selected attraction.
  ii. The e-Ticket is only redeemable once on the Validity Date specified on the e-Ticket, and e-Ticket not so redeemed shall be invalid.
  iii. The e-Ticket cannot be refunded, exchanged, redeemed for cash or used as a cash equivalent. Any Online Voucher which has been damaged or altered will be invalid.
• The quantity and type of Promotional Product recorded on the reservation history made available to Travel Provider on the Reservation Web Site shall be conclusively deemed correct and HKITP reserves the right to pay HKITP for the Merchandise Item out in such reservation history.
• HKITP may elect, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept any request by Travel Provider to cancel any Promotional Product purchased by Travel Provider on the Reservation Web Site.
