- People between 80cm and 180cm tall can use the facilities. (People under 80cm tall do not use the facilities. Free entry is available when accompanied by a guardian.)
- Children between 80cm and 100cm in height must be accompanied by a guardian. Some facilities have usage restrictions.
- People with a height of 100cm or above can enter alone and use all facilities. (Those with a height of 120cm or above can use the inner circle jumping facilities)
- Children who are accompanied by users or guardians can "watch" together with their guardians.
- If the adult accompanying the child wishes to use the ticket together, the adult can also use it (adults cannot enter alone).
