Travel tickets can be redeem ticket within the validity period of the pass (48/72/120 hours).
- When visiting tourist attractions using Discover Seoul Pass, you must present the QR code registered on the app.
- The operating hours and holidays of each course may be changed according to the schedule of each course. Please check the website or smartphone application for operation-related notices before visiting.
- The pass is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
- Mobile passes can be used through mobile applications without the need to collect physical cards. (Transportation card function, Rail+, T-money excluded)
- Discover Seoul Pass is a product for foreigners only. Korean nationals cannot use it.
- Discover Seoul Pass is for individuals only and not for groups. If more than 10 people use DSP, access to Attraction may be restricted.
- The app will work properly when the smartphone is connected to a wireless network. However, if the phone is connected to the network, please delete the app and reinstall it. If it does not work even after reinstalling, please consult the Discover Seoul Pass CS Center (Tel: 02-1644-1060).
- Customers visiting Lotte World must exchange their physical tickets at the South Gate Ticket Office "Overseas Tickets".
