Once a refund has been processed, the card can no longer be topped up or used.

Taoyuan Airport MRT |

  • Children under 6 years old can ride for free (those taller than 115 cm must present ID). Each adult can bring a maximum of two children. Additional children must have their own tickets.
  • Please keep your ticket/token safe. Lost tickets/tokens cannot be reissued. If you lose your ticket/token, you must purchase a new one from the staff at the exit gate. An additional one-way ticket fee of NT$50 will be charged.
  • Passengers purchasing round-trip tickets need to redeem their tickets at the Taoyuan Airport MRT counter.
  • Only one one-way/round-trip ticket can be redeemed per passport, so if you book two one-way/round-trip tickets, you'll need to provide two passports, and so on.
  • This ticket can only be used to get on/off the train at any station between Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport Station.
