- Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time and present your valid government-issued ID along with the QR code to board the ferry.
- Rental Period: 24-hour system. For example, if you pick up the car at 11:00 on 7/1, you must return it before 11:00 on 7/2. If you return the car after 11:00, you will be charged an overtime fee. The maximum overtime fee on weekdays is NT$300. There is no overtime fee limit on holidays and consecutive holidays.
- The motorcycle rental date is the date you have selected. If you need to change the date, please inform us in advance. Same-day changes are not accepted.
- When renting a scooter on-site, in addition to presenting the voucher, you must sign a rental agreement and provide one of the following as collateral: a mainland Chinese ID card, a driver's license, or a health insurance card.
- Renters must hold a valid motorcycle license.
- Please take good care of the rental car and return it in the same condition as when you picked it up. If there is any obvious damage or destruction to the car body, the supplier will charge for the damaged parts and may also charge a loss of use fee depending on the situation.
- When returning the car, it is recommended that the customer inspect all sides of the car and take photos or videos to avoid disputes.
- This vehicle is only covered by mandatory third-party liability insurance. If you require additional insurance coverage, please purchase it separately.
