- The establishment has the right to use the photos. If you do not wish to make them public, please inform us separately.
- Due to weather and sea conditions, the captain and crew reserve the right to determine the itinerary and duration of activities.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings (any loss or damage is at their own risk) during the flight.
- Both adults and children count as one person.
- No refund will be given if the activity cannot be fully completed due to sudden weather changes, safety concerns, or personal reasons.
