Available Facilities
Perfect Timing
When to visit for the best experience
Visit during lunch hours (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM) for a more relaxed atmosphere with slightly shorter wait times, or dinner (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM) for a more vibrant energy. Bangkok's weather is consistently warm year-round; November through February offers the most comfortable temperatures for enjoying a leisurely meal without excessive heat.
Photography Guide
Capture the perfect shots
-
Capture the chef's hands mid-preparation during the early courses when lighting is most dramatic and ingredients show vibrant colors
-
Shoot the plated presentations from a 45-degree angle to show both the artistry of placement and the piece's dimensional detail
-
Respect the chef's workspace—ask permission before photographing and avoid using flash, which can disturb the intimate dining atmosphere
Cultural Etiquette
Respect local customs and traditions
Omakase dining follows unwritten etiquette: eat each piece immediately after it's served, avoid using chopsticks with fingers, and never pour your own tea—let staff handle service. This respectful engagement honors the chef's intentions for temperature, texture, and timing of each course. Light conversation is welcome, but silence during tasting allows you to fully appreciate the subtle complexities of each piece.
Special Events & Experiences
Enhanced experiences and seasonal highlights
-
Seasonal ingredient rotations align with Japanese fish markets' supply cycles, with autumn bringing premium white fish and winter featuring richer, fattier cuts
-
The restaurant occasionally features limited-time regional specialties from specific Japanese fishing harbors, making repeat visits rewarding for omakase enthusiasts
Important Guidelines & Safety
Essential safety information and guidelines
-
If you have seafood allergies or dietary restrictions, inform the restaurant at booking so the chef can prepare alternatives without compromising your experience
-
Bangkok's heat and humidity mean staying hydrated—the complimentary green tea helps, but consider water intake before and after your meal
Visitor Information
Entry Fee
The omakase experience starts from THB 4,021.92 per person for the complete 17-course menu, including unlimited premium green tea and one complimentary special menu item. No à la carte ordering or separate pricing structures are available—the omakase format is fixed to ensure culinary integrity.
Visit Duration
Plan for 90 minutes to 2 hours to fully appreciate the omakase experience without rushing. If dining during lunch, allocate the full two hours; evening seatings often extend longer due to the restaurant's social energy and the chef's naturally slower pacing as the night progresses.
Accessibility
The restaurant provides wheelchair access to the dining area. However, the intimate chef counter experience may be challenging for those with mobility limitations due to seating heights; contact the restaurant ahead to discuss accommodation options.
