Available Facilities
Perfect Timing
When to visit for the best experience
Visit between 11:00-11:30 or after 20:30 to avoid peak crowds and enjoy more attentive service. Weekday lunches offer shorter waits compared to weekends, while September through November provides pleasant weather that makes the Siam Paragon location even more enjoyable with its modern climate control.
Photography Guide
Capture the perfect shots
-
Capture the vibrant colors and artful presentation at the Sushi and Sashimi Zone during midday when natural light from the mall creates optimal contrast for food photography
-
Photograph the live teppanyaki action from your table—the theatrical cooking performance makes dynamic, engaging content
-
Shoot overhead flat-lay compositions of individual dishes before eating to showcase the variety and premium plating against the restaurant's modern Japanese-inspired decor
Cultural Etiquette
Respect local customs and traditions
Show respect for Japanese dining traditions by properly using chopsticks and avoiding sticking them vertically in rice, which resembles funeral rituals. Tipping is not expected in Thailand, but leaving small change is appreciated as a gesture of satisfaction with service.
Special Events & Experiences
Enhanced experiences and seasonal highlights
-
Peak holiday seasons including Chinese New Year and Thai New Year (Songkran in April) see special limited menu items and extended hours to accommodate increased demand
-
During Japan's Golden Week (late April-early May), expect themed promotions and higher volumes of both local and Japanese tourists
Important Guidelines & Safety
Essential safety information and guidelines
-
Use hand sanitizer or wash hands before and after using the tablet ordering system, which is touched by many diners throughout the day
-
Be mindful of hot plates and teppanyaki stations—keep children supervised and watch for steam and high temperatures while food is being prepared
