  • If the customer has not arrived within 15 minutes after their appointment time, Fah Lanna Spa reserved the right to give the appointment slot to other customers.
  • Should customer fail to be at the lobby (or other meeting point) at the arranged time, the spa driver will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for your customer. After 15 minutes, the driver will inform the spa that the customer has not met the driver and we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
