Important Notes:
1. Since your clothes may get wet, please prepare appropriate clothing and footwear for water activities. We recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes to change into after the activity.
2. Please ensure to arrive at the activity location at least 15 minutes in advance for preparation and briefing.
3. We are currently phasing out single-use plastic water bottles, so we kindly ask you to bring your own water bottle. Water dispensers are available on-site for refills.

5. We have dedicated lockers to store your belongings.
6. Public restrooms are located at the main exit of the Seaside Promenade. We have portable pop-up changing tents and a freshwater rinse area in the preparation zone.
7. The itinerary may be changed or canceled due to weather conditions or safety measures.
8. For your safety, please always follow the instructions of the guide team.
9. Wear gloves to prevent palm abrasions during exercise.
