Travellers from Some Pacific & APEC Business Travel Card holders. can generally enter Papua New Guinea without a visa. An e-Visa is available — PNG is now eVisa ONLY. Visa-on-arrival was scrapped. EVERY visitor must apply online at evisa.ica.gov.pg BEFORE flying to Port Moresby. Singapore passports use the streamlined Easy Visitor Permit; Indian passports use the standard Tourist Visa (US$50).. Singapore passport holders (and other EVP-eligible nationalities such as EU, UK, US, Australia, NZ, Japan, Canada).
