The motorbike culture completely blew me away. Streets feel chaotic but everyone knows exactly what they're doing. Also, coffee culture is insane—egg coffee in Hanoi and coconut coffee in HCMC are must-tries. Skip the tourist traps in Hoan Kiem and explore the side streets.
