Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

- Ticket valid on selected date only
- Adults (12 years old and over, junior high school students and over)
- Passengers aged 6 and above can hold one infant for free, but a child fare is required for a second infant or to reserve a seat.
- Child: 1 year old or older - under 6 years old
- Infant: Under 1-year-old

All Sagano Romantic Trains feature reserved seating and are designated as non-smoking.

After making your reservation, please check your assigned seat on the digital ticket screen.

You may be moved to a seat further apart or an aisle seat based on availability.

You can change your seat up to 2 days before boarding. You can change seats up to three times. (Same day and same departure time)

The boarding date and departure time cannot be changed once the reservation is confirmed.

You can board the train at the intermediate station. Please confirm the number and departure time of the train at the station in advance. If you miss the train, we will not be responsible.

If you get off the train mid-journey, the remainder of your trip will be unavailable.
