Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

- ※Please do not click the [Check In] button on the voucher before use. The voucher will expire 30 minutes after clicking it.
- Kyoto to Kansai Airport Route: Please call 0742-22-5110 to reserve your seats before boarding (09:00-19:00)
- Each adult can take a child under 6 years old along free of charge.
- Child Ticket(s) is necessary for children under 6 years old who take up a seat, else free of charge.
- The electronic voucher cannot be directly used for boarding. Be sure to scan the code at the Kansai Airport Limousine Bus automatic redemption scanning machine to exchange for the physical ticket!
- Please be aware that the redemption of the physical ticket can ONLY be conducted at the Kansai International Airport, and cannot be redeemed elsewhere!
- Chances that there is a delay to arrival at the destination due to the traffic. Ample time should be scheduled for travelling.
- Except the operational mistakes made by our company, no responsibility should we take for any loss caused by the delay of the bus due to traffic. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
