Cultural Etiquette
Respect local customs and traditions
In Japanese onsen culture, it is essential to wash your body completely at the shower stations before entering any of the shared baths. Keep your small face towel out of the bathwater by placing it on your head or on the side of the pool, and avoid splashing or making loud noises to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.
