Tour Group Notice

This tour is a package tour offered by a local travel agency in partnership with us; it is not a private tour available only to Trip.com members. Our members are grouped with travelers from other travel agencies to arrange their trips, ensuring the promised service and standards are met.

You are not permitted to leave the tour group without permission during the tour. If you choose to leave the tour group during the tour, it will be considered a violation of any unfinished itinerary and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that occur after you leave the tour group.

Due to the high customer volume during peak season, you may still need to wait for a while for skip-the-line service. Thank you for your understanding!

If any attractions or venues during your tour are affected by circumstances beyond your control, your tour guide may recommend cancellation, an alternative attraction, or a refund (the refund may not be the same as the one displayed by the attraction/venue). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

During peak season or under special circumstances, the tour may depart earlier or later than the time listed in the itinerary (the actual departure time will be determined by the tour staff). Please plan ahead.

Your tour operator may need to adjust your itinerary due to weather, traffic conditions, or other factors. This may mean visiting attractions in a slightly different order or meeting at an alternate time. Your tour operator will obtain your prior consent, and no attractions will be omitted from the itinerary.

Shopping Tips

During your tour, some attractions, restaurants, rest areas, and other areas may offer shopping opportunities not arranged by the tour operator. Trip.com reminds you to consider your purchases at these locations based on your personal needs and to obtain proof of purchase. You will be held responsible for any disputes that arise.

Kind tips

Due to inclement weather or other force majeure events, the park may change ride and show times without prior notice and may even cancel some rides or shows. If inclement weather causes any equipment malfunction, suspension, or show cancellation, the travel agency will do its best to assist you in making the change. Any price difference will be charged separately. If the new price is lower than the original price, the excess amount will be refunded.

Private entertainment and entertainment venues may be found at your destination. Many of these venues are not legally licensed and may pose various safety hazards. For your safety and well-being, Trip.com advises you to exercise caution when spending money at these venues.

For multi-person tours, the person making the booking or tour representative should confirm that all other travelers have authorized them to sign the contract on their behalf. Other travelers must also confirm the signatures of authorized representatives on the tour contract and its annexes. If you do not have such authorization, please do not book/sign contracts on behalf of others.

To protect the safety of minors, we recommend that minors be accompanied by their legal guardians or persons authorized by their legal guardians.

Travel tips and regulations

To ensure your personal safety and the safety of your belongings, avoid displaying valuables or large amounts of cash in public. When on the street, always keep an eye on your jewelry, cameras, and other personal belongings.

Swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, skating, snowboarding, surfing, exploring, hot air ballooning, mountain cable cars, and other activities may be dangerous. Before participating in any of these activities, please consult the relevant announcements and recommendations issued by local government departments and professional organizations, and make your own decisions based on your own circumstances and abilities.
