  • This ticket can only be used at one of the designated branches (Aquafield Goyang, Hanam, or Anseong), and cannot be used at other branches, nor can it be reused
  • The ticket is only applicable to the sauna (Jimjilbang) service. If you want to experience the Gaoyang Rooftop Swimming Pool or Hanam Water Park, please book a water park included package
  • Tickets sold in this product are adult tickets for travelers ages 12 and over. Child tickets for children under the age of 11 can be purchased on-site
  • Children under the age of 3 can enter for free. Please present your passport when picking up the ticket
  • You can stay at the venue for 6 hours if you only purchase the sauna ticket; if you purchase other facility tickets on-site, you can stay at the venue for a total of 12 hours. If exceeding the time limit, you must pay an overtime fee of ₩5000 per hour on-site
  • Re-entry will not be granted after exiting, be sure to return shoe cabinet keys to the counter and pay additional fees incurred on-site before leaving
  • On-site payments can be made with your key. Should you lost your key, please inform staff members on-site as keys are required to open shoe lockers
  • Should there be an influx of guests, entry into certain facilities will be limited in order to maintain a comfortable environment
  • This voucher is only valid at Aquafield Goyang, Hanam and Anseong branches. Other branches will not provide service to the voucher holders. Refunds and cancellations will not be granted in this case
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue
