2. Those who damage exhibits or facilities in this park may face criminal charges for destruction of property and be liable for civil damages.
3. The park may partially or fully close its areas and facilities in case of natural disasters, incidents, other force majeure events, or for management and maintenance needs.
The maintenance and management of national historic sites within this park shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act.
