Flights use sourced return-fare ranges per departure city from fare-comparison sites (KAYAK, momondo, Skyscanner, Farecompare), picked by season: February and August are usually the cheapest months; May and December the most expensive.
Visa is the official Vietnam e-Visa fee of USD 25 per person, from HolidaySG's visa data verified against evisa.gov.vn. The e-Visa allows up to 90 days.
Hotel is per room per night for your style (two adults share a room). Food and transport are per person per day, and children under 12 count as half on the ground. Costs vary by city: Phu Quoc and Hoi An run higher than Hue or the Mekong Delta.
