Terms & conditions

Check-in: Guests must arrive at Shark Lagoon, Neptune Tower, at least 10 minutes before the reserved time.
Park Hours: Aquaventure closes at 5:30 PM. Guests should plan their visit accordingly to maximize their experience.
Age Requirement:
Minimum participant age: 6 years old.
Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
Swimwear: Proper swimwear is required for participation.
Restrictions:
Pregnant guests cannot participate.
Cameras, jewelry, hair accessories, or any loose items are not permitted in the water for the safety of marine animals. Professional photography services are available for purchase.
Weather Policy: In case of severe weather conditions, the attraction may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related closures.
Ticketing Policy: Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects an incorrect ticket type (adult/child).
Peak Season Notice: During holidays and peak periods, ride queues may be longer. AquaXpress (fast track) passes may be available for purchase at the entrance or guest services.
