How to use

Terms & conditions

Age & Participation:

This experience is for ages 12 and above and is suitable for all swimming abilities.
Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult (18+).
Experience Details:
The activity includes 10 minutes of preparation time and 20 minutes in the water.

Life jackets are provided and must be worn.

Wetsuits and neoprene vests are available but optional.
A maximum of 6 participants per session.

Check-in & Timing:

Arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be considered a “no-show” and will not be refunded.
The scheduled time is for check-in, not the experience itself.

Ticketing & Entry:

Voucher redemption is only valid on the selected date; rescheduling is not allowed.
A valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the booking name is required for entry.
Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if an incorrect ticket type (adult/child) is selected.

Park Access & Hours:

Includes same-day access to Aquaventure Waterpark.
Aquaventure closes at 5:30 PM—plan your visit accordingly.
During peak seasons (e.g., school holidays), ride queues may be long. AquaXpress (fast track) may be available for purchase at the entrance or guest services.

Safety & Restrictions:

Pregnant guests should consult a physician before booking.
Cameras, jewelry, hair accessories, or loose items are not allowed in the water for the safety of the dolphins.
Photos are not included but can be purchased at the Photo Counter.

Weather Policy:

In case of severe weather, the attraction may close temporarily for safety reasons. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
