Experience includes 15-20 minutes of preparation time and 20-30 minutes in the water.•
If you are pregnant, you should not take part. If you have any severe medical conditions, you should carefully consider whether to participate.•
Guests must be 6 years old and above to participate and all guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years and above).•
Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects an incorrect ticket type (adult or child).•
Taking pictures, filming and taking video is allowed. As an alternative, Atlantis professional photographers will take photos and you can buy them on additional cost end of your experience. During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather. •
Redemption of voucher is on the selected event date; amendments to the date are not allowed. In order to redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking. If you do not present a valid form of identification, you will not receive admission, and you will not be issued a refund. Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.•
